On Sunday, April 6th, in Fayetteville, North Carolina, The Renaissance European Day Spa hosted the Gold Star Wives of America, Fayetteville Chapter Retreat. The Gold Star Wives of America is an organization of military widows and widowers whose spouse has died while on active duty or from service connected disabilites. The wives were treated to lavish services like designer haircuts, massages, manicures, pedicures, and make up applications. They also enjoyed hors d'oeuvres, smoothies, and other refreshments throughout the day. To complete their experience at the spa, they were given gift bags filled with Jane Iredale cosmetics, Pedi-Sox and Archipelago soy lip balm. On this day, Fayetteville's Gold Star Wives were pampered from head to toe, leaving them beaming with beauty and feeling rested, relaxed and rejuvenated. The Renaissance European Day Spa was honored to be able to provide this day of relaxation to the Gold Star Wives of Fayetteville.
